Faculty Career Planning

Many universities provide the opportunity for faculty to create individualized career plans to support their career decisions and actions. As a college, we believe the Faculty Career Plan (FCP) provides an important framework for career discussions and goal setting with a mentor, fostering relevant professional growth and development and ultimately, the fulfillment of your career aspirations.

Faculty Excellence and Advancement

Using the Faculty Excellence and Advancement (FEA) system is required for tenure and promotion, but also provides useful tools such as help with biosketch creation and identifying funding opportunities and collaborators on campus. It helps faculty navigate the Faculty Insight portal, streamlining key faculty activities into a single, user-friendly platform. Visit the UF HR site for more information.
