As a college, we believe the Faculty Career Plan (FCP) provides an important framework for career discussions and goal setting with a mentor, fostering relevant professional growth and development and ultimately, the fulfillment of your career aspirations.
Faculty Academy
The Faculty Academy serves as an “on boarding” for new PHHP faculty. A faculty cohort meets once per month during the Fall and Spring semesters. The meetings are typically two hours and lunch is provided.
Faculty Excellence and Advancement
Using the Faculty Excellence and Advancement (FEA) system is required for tenure and promotion, but also provides useful tools such as help with biosketch creation and identifying funding opportunities and collaborators on campus. It helps faculty navigate the Faculty Insight portal, streamlining key faculty activities into a single, user-friendly platform. Visit the UF HR site for more information.
