Location
We are located on the 4th floor of the HPNP building in the Health Science Center of the University of Florida Campus. We are in room 4130, take a left out of the elevators.
Hours
7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday
On call services
PHHP IT staff provides an on-call service to receive alerts and respond to critical problems on mission critical servers. This service is designed to get failed or failing servers back online during typical usage hours using an automated alerting system and a phone number to reach the IT staff member on-call.
