Staff Recognition

We value each and every member of our college and we want to acknowledge hard work they do. If you know a PHHP staff member that deserves some recognition for their hard work, please let us know so we can personally thank them.

Staff Enhancement Opportunity

The mission of the Staff Enhancement Opportunity is to provide PHHP staff members with the opportunity to enhance their professional skills in order to augment their culture, professionalism, knowledge, and growth within the department and within the college. The SEO aims to provide staff with the opportunity to seek professional development, certifications, or conference experience apropos with their job expectations.  Applications are accepted July 1- June 30.  Funds are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and limited to one award per employee per fiscal year.

Eligibility

  • Must have a minimum of six months service to the college
  • Available only to full-time and part-time TEAMS staff members (SEOs are not available to OPS or temporary appointments.)
  • Must be in good standing, and not in non-renewal or resignation status
  • Individuals can be awarded up to one (1) SEO per fiscal year

Please note: an SEO will not cover tuition for a degree program, it does not apply to books, or other supplies, for currently enrolled degree-seeking students. This applies to professional development opportunities including continuing education.
