Purpose:
The Executive Leadership Committee shall be advisory to the dean regarding implementation of the strategic plan and other initiatives and operations related to the college’s mission, goals, and objectives. Membership includes all associate deans, chief college fiscal and personnel officers, and all department chairs. In addition, other coordinators and directors attend meetings as needed as determined by the dean, such as those representing the offices of alumni, development, public relations, and information technology.
