Out of Office (Vacation) Rule

  1. Click on the Tools menu at top of the program
  2. Click Out of Office Assistant….
  3. Click I am currently Out of the Office.
  4. In the AutoReply only once to each sender with the following text box, type the message you want to send to others while you are out.
  5. Remember to return to this location when you return and click I am currently in the Office
